Hot rolled wire rod ( mould casting +VD) → spheroidizing Annealing →acid cleaning and saponification →cold drawing →recrystallization annealing →soft drawing→immersion oil →packing

4) Application:  for producing outer and inner rings and rollers of various roller bearing and special mechanical spare parts.

To provide smooth surface to these wires, spherodized annealed globulesin ferrite matrix, phosphate finish and chemical pickling is done.
