Cold-rolled steel strip is substrate of hot-rolled coil, produce under recrystallization temperature in condition of room temperature. Cold-rolled coil is not heated in the production process,so it don't exist the defect of pitting and iron oxide
which often exist in hot-rolled. It has good surface quality, highly polished.
On the other hand, it has precise size, uniform thickness, excellent surface quality,
and offer good machinability, high strength, low yield limit and good stamping properties.
