A month ago, I received an order from brazil customer.He need some 304 stainless steels.The order only mentioned the weight of the product and width.After I read the order,I replled the mail as soon as possible to know the purpose of the product and some other details.the customer replled mail to quote the FOB price to SANTO port .
I sent a quotation to him ,several days later,he replled that he can accept the price as long as the price drop USD$50 perton,the sale manager and I have a discussion about the customer's required. According to the freight and stainless steel price rise, we can't respond to he need. We show the reason about the product high price.
Finally , he understand the ackonwledge and quality of product through my patient explain and ask us to hasten shipment.
